Abstract
This research is motivated by the need for Duri Kepa Village for a web application to manage the Waste Bank, which is currently still done manually. The purpose of this research is to design a Waste Bank web application in Duri Kepa Village using the Extreme Programming (XP) Method. With the approach of observation, interviews, and literature studies, problems in the governance of the administration of the Garbage Bank were identified through the Fishbone diagram. The XP method was chosen to design an integrated system of data collection, transactions, and reports in a web application. The results show that this application can be implemented well in managing Waste Bank data, facilitating transaction data collection, and automating report generation, thereby increasing operational transparency. The conclusion of this research is that the XP method is optimal in developing applications that can improve the quality of service at local waste management institutions. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan Kelurahan Duri Kepa akan aplikasi web untuk mengelola Bank Sampah, yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi web Bank Sampah di Kelurahan Duri Kepa menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming (XP). Dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, masalah dalam tata kelola administrasi Bank Sampah diidentifikasi melalui diagram Fishbone. Metode XP dipilih untuk merancang sistem pendataan, transaksi, dan laporan yang terintegrasi dalam aplikasi web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dalam pengelolaan data Bank Sampah, memfasilitasi pendataan transaksi, dan otomatisasi pembuatan laporan, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi operasional. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode XP optimal dalam pengembangan aplikasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada lembaga pengelolaan sampah lokal.
