Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical results from the effect of Profitability (ROE), Asset Growth and Free Cash Flow on Capital Structure (DER). The sample in this study were 8 Islamic banking companies in Indonesia that were registered with the OJK for the 2014 – 2019 period using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained by OJK (www.ojk.go.id) and from the websites of each Islamic banking. The analytical method used in this research is SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROE) has no significant effect on capital structure, Asset Growth and Free cash flow have a significant effect on capital structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh hasil empiris dari pengaruh Profitabilitas (ROE), Aseet Growth dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Struktur Modal (DER). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 perusahaan perbankan syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di OJK priode 2014 – 2019 dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di peroleh OJK (www.ojk.go.id) dan dari situs web masing-masing perbankan syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Sofware SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, Asset Growth dan Free Cash Flow berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
