Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana stres kerja, kebijakan Work From Home (WFH), dan komunikasi efektif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Quality Assurance di PT Kobus Smart Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 44 karyawan tetap, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kebijakan Work From Home (WFH) dan Komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to understand how work stress, policy Work From Home (WFH), and effective communication influences employee performance Quality Assurance at PT Kobus Smart Service. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 44 permanent employees, the sampling technique used is sample fed up. The data collection method uses a survey method, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. This research proves that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Meanwhile policy Work From Home (WFH) and effective communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
