Abstract
PT. Probesco Disatama is well known throughout Indonesia, having supplied heavy equipments that are tough and capable. PT. Probesco Disatama very concerned about the quality of products to be sold, not only that PT. Probesco Disatama is also very concerned about the environment and occupational health of the company. This is realized by the management of PT. Probesco Disatama with the application of the System of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Standard. In this case PT. Probesco Disatama wants to create a comfortable and safe working environment so that every work done can run well and in accordance with the expected customer satisfaction in heavy equipment service. In the research that is identifying and solution handling problem at hydrostatic pump that is doing repair and give solution to customer so that no damage of pump due to errors pengoprasian tool, and keep pump performance of work well so usage tool more effective and profitable and cooperate further with the customers of PT. Probesco Disatama. PT. Probesco Disatama sudah dikenal di seluruh indonesia, karena telah mensuplai alat – alat berat yang tangguh dan mumpuni . PT. Probesco Disatama sangat memperhatikan pada mutu produk yang akan dijual, tak hanya itu PT. Probesco Disatama juga sangat memperhatikan lingkungan dan kesehatan kerja perusahaan. Ini diwujudkan oleh manajemen PT. Probesco Disatama dengan penerapan Sistem dari ISO 9001, Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001 dan Standar Kesehatan dan Keselamatan OHSAS 18001. Dalam hal ini PT. Probesco Disatama ingin meciptakan sebuah lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan aman sehingga setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dalam service alat berat. Pada penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi dan solusi penangan maslah pada pompa hidrostatik yaitu melakukan perbaikan serta memberikan solusi kepada pelanggan agar tidak terjadinya kerusakan pompa akibat kesalahan pengoprasian alat tersebut, serta menjaga agar peforma pompa bekerja dengan baik sehingga penggunaan alat tersebut lebih efektif dan menguntungkan dan menjalin kerja sama lebih lanjut dengan para pelanggan PT. Probesco Disatama .
