Abstract
Introduction of professions to early childhood is very important, especially at the age of 6-9 years, to help them understand the wider world of jobs and in line with developments over time. However, in reality at the Al Barokah Madani Foundation, many students still have limited insight into the professions that exist today. The available children's illustration books still tend to show classic professions such as teachers, police, and doctors, without depicting modern professions that are more in line with the development of the times. Therefore, the design of an interactive digital illustration book in the form of an e-book entitled "Kita Di Masa Depan" aims to provide a more interesting and informative learning experience about the latest professions. By using the design thinking method, this book integrates interactive elements, such as GIFs, to bring characters and situations to life, so that children can better understand various professions in a fun and age-appropriate way and increase their interest, understanding, and interaction in the world of professions, while supporting the development of interests and talents in the future. Pengenalan profesi kepada anak usia dini sangat penting, terutama pada usia 6-9 tahun, untuk membantu mereka memahami dunia pekerjaan yang lebih luas dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Namun kenyataannya di Yayasan Al Barokah Madani, banyak siswa yang masih memiliki wawasan terbatas tentang profesi yang ada saat ini. Buku-buku ilustrasi anak yang tersedia pun masih cenderung menampilkan profesi klasik seperti guru, polisi, dan dokter, tanpa menggambarkan profesi modern yang lebih sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Oleh karena itu, perancangan buku ilustrasi digital interaktif berbentuk e-book berjudul “Kita Di Masa Depan” bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan informatif mengenai profesi-profesi terkini. Dengan menggunakan metode design thinking, buku ini mengintegrasikan elemen interaktif, seperti GIF, untuk menghidupkan karakter dan situasi, sehingga anak-anak dapat lebih memahami berbagai profesi dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan usia mereka serta meningkatkan minat, pemahaman, dan interaksi mereka terhadap dunia profesi, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan minat dan bakat di masa depan.
