Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of voltage imbalance on the Generator Transformer 4 unit at the Muara Karang PLTGU on the electricity transaction process of PT PLN (Persero). Voltage imbalance that occurs in the T phase is a significant problem because it affects the accuracy of electrical energy measurement by the kWh meter which has a direct impact on the energy transaction process. This study uses a quantitative method with stages of literature study, direct observation at the Muara Karang PLTGU, problem analysis, data collection, and data processing. The data analyzed include kWh load profiles, voltage data, current, and kWh and kVArh values from bay GT 4. The analysis was carried out to identify anomalies in voltage measurements and make corrections to the electricity transaction data. The results of the study indicate that the T phase voltage imbalance has an impact on the accuracy of kWh measurements, with the measured T phase voltage value dropping to ±13kV for a certain period and and the standard efficiency value of unbalance voltage >2%. These findings provide recommendations for improving the metering system and data correction procedures that can be implemented to improve the accuracy of electricity transactions between PT PLN UP2B DKI Jakarta & Banten and the Muara Karang PLTGU. The finding of a contact resistance value above the standard (>33.33 ohms) on the F2 MCB phase T is the main problem causing the unbalance of the T phase voltage and it is necessary to replace the F2 MCB and monitor it after replacing the F2 MCB. PLN (Persero), Correction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketidakseimbangan tegangan (unbalance voltage) pada unit Generator Transformator 4 di PLTGU Muara Karang terhadap proses transaksi tenaga listrik PT PLN (Persero). Ketidakseimbangan tegangan yang terjadi pada fasa T menjadi permasalahan yang signifikan karena memengaruhi akurasi pengukuran energi listrik oleh kWh meter yang berdampak langsung pada proses transaksi energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tahapan studi literatur, observasi langsung di PLTGU Muara Karang, analisis permasalahan, pengambilan data, dan pengolahan data. Data yang dianalisis meliputi profil beban kWh, data tegangan, arus, serta nilai kWh dan kVArh dari bay GT 4. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi anomali pada pengukuran tegangan dan melakukan koreksi terhadap data transaksi energi listrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakseimbangan tegangan fasa T berdampak pada akurasi pengukuran kWh, dengan nilai tegangan fasa T yang terukur drop hingga ±13kV untuk periode tertentu dan nilai efesiensi standar unbalance tegangan >2%. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem metering dan prosedur koreksi data yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan transaksi energi listrik antara PT PLN UP2B DKI Jakarta & Banten dengan PLTGU Muara Karang. Adanya temuan nilai tahanan kontak di atas standar (>33,33 ohm) pada MCB F2 fasa T menjadi permasalahan utama penyebab terjadinya unbalance tegangan fasa T dan perlu dilakukan penggantian MCB F2 dan monitoring pasca penggantian MCB F2.
