Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pendidikan, pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama. Dalam penelitian ini fokus terhadap variabel Kompetensi, Pendidikan dan pengembangan karir ,Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti diantaranya kompetensi, pendidikan dan pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor PT. Indomarco Prismatama dengan populasi seluruh karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 100 orang (Sampel jenuh).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Smart-PLS 3.3.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competency, education, career development and employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama. In this research, the focus is on the variables Competency, Education and career development. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. There are several factors that can influence employee performance, such as competency, education and career development. This research was conducted at the PT. Indomarco Prismatama with a population of 100 permanent employees. This research usesthe Smart-PLS 3.3.9 analysis method. The results of the research show that Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Education has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and Career Development has a significant positive effect on employee performance of PT Indomarco Prismatama.
