Abstract
Soekarno-Hatta International Airport was inaugurated on May 1, 1985 by the president of the Republic of Indonesia, Soeharto. During its journey, flight activities to and from this airport have experienced significant development. An increase in the number of passengers is of course a positive value, but this must also be anticipated regarding the readiness to provide related facilities for comfort and safety. With the increasingly rapid growth of passengers and goods, there is congestion at the airside and landside facilities at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, while the airside and landside capacity has limitations in serving aircraft and passenger movements. Problem analysis is carried out based on the results obtained from the data processing process which consists of aircraft movement data during peak hours, runway usage analysis at peak hours and ROT (Runway Occupancy Time) data. Data processing is carried out using the Segregated runway operation mode approach which will be processed using the time space analysis method using Microsoft Excel tools. After carrying out simulation calculations to obtain the existing runway capacity in 2023 using the time space analysis method, the capacity of runways 1, 2 and 3 was obtained, which was previously only 64 movements per hour to 101 movements per hour for 2028. Simulation calculations using percentage composition Dominant aircraft categories C and D. The choice of dominant categories C and D follows the pattern of aircraft movements during peak hours at Soekarno-Hatta airport. Keywords: Runway Optimization, Time Space Analysis, Runway Capacity Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta diresmikan pada tanggal 1 Mei 1985 oleh presiden republik Indonesia Soeharto. Dalam perjalanannya, kegiatan penerbangan dari dan menuju Bandar udara ini telah mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Peningkatan jumlah penumpang tentu saja bernilai positif, namun hal tersebut harus pula dilakukan antisipasi terhadap kesiapan penyediaan fasilitas-fasilitas terkait demi kenyaman dan keselamatan. Dengan pertumbuhan penumpang dan barang yang semakin pesat, maka terjadi kepadatan pada fasilitas sisi udara dan sisi darat bandara Bandara International Soekarno-Hatta, sedangkan kapasitas sisi udara dan sisi darat memiliki batasan dalam melayani pergerakan pesawat dan penumpang. Analisis masalah dilakukan berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dari proses pengolahan data yang terdiri dari data pergerakan pesawat saat jam puncak (peak hour) analisis penggunaan runway pada jam puncak dan data ROT (Runway Occupancy Time). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Segregated mode operation runway yang akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode time space analysis menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Excel. Setelah melakukan perhitungan simulasi untuk mendapatkan kapasitas runway kondisi eksisting pada tahun 2023 dengan menggunakan metode time space analysis maka didapatkan kapasitas runway 1, 2 dan 3 yang tadinya hanya 64 pergerakan per jam menjadi 101 pergerakan per jam untuk tahun 2028. Perhitungan simulasi dengan memakai persentase komposisi kategori pesawat dominan C dan D. Pemilihan dominasi kategori C dan D ini mengikuti pola pergerakan pesawat saat peak hour yang ada di bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Kata Kunci : Optimalisasi Runway, Time Space Analysis, Kapasitas Runway
