Abstract
Technology today has a rapid development and has increased so that it forms a new innovation in the field of financial technology, one of which is crowdfunding system. This crowdfunding innovation is utilized as a social, humanitarian and handling of natural disaster victims. One of the platforms that use crowdfunding system in Indonesia is the application Kitabisa.com. The purpose of this research is to find out the Influence of E-Product Knowledge, ESocial Influence, and E-Trust on The Decision to Donate using Kitabisa.com. The subject of this study is people who know or who have used this kitabisa.com. The sample used in this study amounted to 145 respondents. Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling method. By using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed that E-Product Knowledge has a significant positive effect on The Decision to Donate, E-Social Influence has a significant positive effect on The Decision to Donate, and E-Trust has a significant positive effect on the Decision to Donate. Teknologi saat ini memiliki perkembangan yang pesat dan mengalami peningkatan sehingga membentuk sebuah inovasi baru di bidang teknologi keuangan salah satunya yaitu sistem crowdfunding. Inovasi crowdfunding ini dimanfaatkan sebagai penggalangan donasi sosial, kemanusiaan dan penanganan korban bencana alam. Salah satu platform yang menggunakan sistem crowdfunding di indonesia yaitu aplikasi Kitabisa.com. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh E-Product Knowledge, E-Social Influence, dan E-Trust Terhadap Keputusan Berdonasi menggunakan aplikasi Kitabisa.com. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang mengetahui atau yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi kitabisa.com. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Product Knowledge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berdonasi, E-Social Influence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berdonasi, dan E-Trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berdonasi.
