Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesiapan teknologi, penerimaan pengguna, serta keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi Approling dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMKN 8 Tangerang, dengan fokus pada penggunaan teknologi internet seluler pendukung utama. Variabel yang dianalisis mencakup optimisme, inovasi, ketidaknyamanan, ketidakamanan, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas informasi. Penelitian melibatkan 240 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan gabungan Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) dan model Delone dan McLean. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa optimisme, inovasi, ketidaknyamanan, ketidakamanan, serta kualitas sistem dan informasi berdampak signifikan pada persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness/PU) dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Meski ketidaknyamanan tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, peningkatan kualitas sistem dan informasi tetap dianggap penting. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan informasi secara signifikan memengaruhi persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Evaluasi berkala terhadap kepuasan pengguna serta identifikasi risiko yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kepercayaan pengguna terhadap sistem sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan dan keberhasilan implementasi teknologi. This study aims to evaluate the technology readiness, user acceptance, and successful implementation of Approling information system in guidance and counseling services at SMKN 8 Tangerang, focusing on the use of mobile internet technology as the main support. The variables analyzed include optimism, innovation, inconvenience, insecurity, system quality, and information quality. The study involved 240 respondents selected through questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was conducted using a combination of the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) and the Delone and McLean model. The results revealed that optimism, innovation, inconvenience, insecurity, and system and information quality had a significant impact on Perceived Usefulness (PU) and ease of use of the system. Although inconvenience does not significantly affect perceived ease of use, improving system and information quality is still considered important. This study concludes that system and information quality significantly affect perceived usefulness and ease of use. Periodic evaluation of user satisfaction as well as identification of risks that could potentially affect user trust in the system are necessary to improve acceptance and success of technology implementation.
