Abstract
This research focuses on designing the layout of PT. Roowlechez's Sports Center facilities using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method. The main objective of this study is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sports facility layout, create an optimal environment for users, and maximize the utilization of available space. The SLP method is employed as an analytical framework to understand the relationships among elements in the sports center and to develop an optimal layout. The research encompasses stages such as facility needs analysis, identification of operational processes, and the creation of an SLP to design an efficient layout. The expected outcome of this research is to provide strategic guidance in improving the performance and services of PT. Roowlechez's Sports Center through a structured and optimal layout design. An efficient layout for the Roowlechez swimming pool involves collecting sufficient data on land area and building area, with a land area of 900m2 to construct a building of the same size. Determining the length and width of the building, the first step is to create a layout for the swimming pool with dimensions of 60m in length and 15m in width. Following this, the layout for all facilities, including parking areas with aisle dimensions, is developed. Keyword: SLP, Layout Planning Penelitian ini membahas perancangan tata letak fasilitas Sports Center PT. Roowlechez menggunakan Metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas tata letak fasilitas olahraga, menciptakan lingkungan yang optimal untuk pengguna, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan ruang yang tersedia. Metode SLP digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja analitis untuk memahami hubungan antar elemen dalam sports center dan menyusun tata letak yang optimal. Penelitian ini mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan fasilitas, identifikasi proses operasional, dan pembuatan SLP untuk merancang tata letak yang efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan Sports Center PT. Roowlechez melalui perancangan tata letak yang terstruktur dan optimal. Layout yang efisien untuk Roowlechez swimming pool adalah dengan mengumpulkan data yang cukup mengenai luas tanah dan luas bangunan yaitu luas tanah 900m2 akan dibuat bangunan seluas 900m2, menentukan panjang dan lebar gedung, kemudian pertama tama buat layout kolam renang terlebih dahulu dengan dimensi panjang 60m dan lebar 15 m lalu membuat layout seluruh fasilitas termasuk lahan parkir lengkap dengan dimensi gang.
