Abstract
During the implementation of the Elevee Penthouses & Residences Alam Sutera development project, there was an increase in the number of work accidents. This research aims to obtain information regarding the factors that influence work safety, occupational health on the performance of workers and to find out the factors of work safety and health that most dominantly influence the performance of workers in the Elevee Penthouses & Residences Alam Sutera Development project. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS. The research results show that there are 31 influencing factors that have been validated by experts. There are 3 dominant factors that influence occupational safety and health on workforce performance, namely the poor K3 management factor (X7), the long working hours factor (X10), and the scratched/punctured by scaffolding (X19), strict and routine training and monitoring solutions in the field regarding the implementation of safety procedures, proper rolling of workers (shifting), in order to maintain the health of workers, giving instructions from supervisors in the field while carrying out work. heavy and risky of accidents. Keywords: Health, Safety, Performance, SPSS. Pada pelaksanaa proyek pembangunan Elevee Penthouses & Residences Alam Sutera yang terjadi kenaikan angka kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja serta mengetahui faktor – faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja proyek pembangunan Elevee Penthouses & Residences Alam Sutera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada 31 faktor yang mempengaruhi yang telah di validasi oleh pakar, terdapat 3 faktor dominan yang yang mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja yaitu faktor manajemen k3 buruk (X7), faktor jam kerja yang panjang (X10), dan faktor tergores/tertusuk perancah (X19), solusi pelatihan dan pemantauan di lapangan secara ketat dan rutin terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur keselamatan, rolling tenaga kerja dengan tepat (shifting), demi menjaga kesehatan para pekerja, pemberian instruksi dari pengawas di lapangan pada saat sedang melakukan pekerjaan yang berat dan beresiko kecelakaan.
