Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial technology, risk tolerance dan gender terhadap keputusan investasi saham pada generasi Z. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan teknik survey dengan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah generasi Z yang ada di Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin, dihasilkan sejumlah 400 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan alat analisis Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, risk tolerance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, dan gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa keputusan investasi dipengaruhi model sebesar 88,6% yaitu financial technology, risk tolerance dan gender, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini This research aims to analyze the influence of financial technology, risk tolerance and gender on stock investment decisions in Z generation. This type of research is quantitative with a causality method. The data used is primary data. The data collection method uses survey techniques with questionnaire instruments. The population of this research is Z generation in Jakarta. Determining the sample size in this study used the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 400 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool version 3.29. The results of this research prove that financial technology has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, risk tolerance has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, and gender has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. This research also explains that 88.6% of investment decisions are influenced by the model, namely financial technology, risk tolerance and gender, while the remaining 11.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. decisions in Z generation.
