Abstract

Prinsip dasar ramah lingkungan yang dimiliki The Body Shop lahir dari ide- ide untuk menggunakan kembali, mengisi ulang dan mendaur ulang apa yang mereka biasa pakai kembali, besarnya peranan bisnis sebagai penentu arah perubahan tercermin dengan munculnya pendekatan “triple bottom lines” yang mengarahkan bisnis untuk mengukur keberhasilan dari tiga pilar pendukungnya yaitu profit, people dan planet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh environmental concern, green knowledge terhadap green purchase intention yang dimediasi oleh green perceived quality. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel 112 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) yang merupakan metode analisis Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling ( SEM) dengan bantuan program Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) versi 3.0. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan instrumen penelitian kuisioner dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Enviromental Concern memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Perceived Quality, Green Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Perceived Quality, Enviromental Concern berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality Memediasi Pengaruh Enviromental Concern terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality Memediasi Pengaruh Green Knowledge terhadap Green Purchase Intention The basic environmentally friendly principles of The Body Shop were born from the ideas of reusing, refilling and recycling what they normally reuse. The large role of business as a determinant of the direction of change is reflected in the emergence of the "triple bottom lines" approach which directs businesses to measuring success from its three supporting pillars, namely profit, people and planet. This study aims to examine the effect of environmental concern, green knowledge on green purchase intention which is mediated by green perceived quality. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample of 112 respondents. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which is a Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM) analysis method with the help of the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) program version 3.0. The data collection method uses field research data (field research), with questionnaire research instruments and literature studies. The results of this study is Environmental Concern has a positive and significant influence on Green Perceived Quality, Green Knowledge has a positive and significant influence on Green Perceived Quality, Environmental Concern has a negative and insignificant influence on Green Purchase Intention, Green Knowledge has a positive and insignificant influence on Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality Mediates the Effect of Environmental Concern on Green Purchase Intention, Green Perceived Quality Mediates the Effect of Green Knowledge on Green Purchase Intention.
