Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Sistem yang berjalan di Universitas Kristen Indonesia masih semi komputerisasi. Semua laporan kepegawaian masih dilakukan secara hard copy dengan terkadang pihak BSDM masih harus mencari berkas untuk memberikan laporan. Dengan keadaan demikian, peneliti mencoba untuk mengembangkan sistem yang lebih terkomputerisasi yang untuk membantu pihak UKI khususnya divisi BSDM dalam melakukan kelola pegawai, cuti, perjalanan dinas, studi lanjut serta mempermudah pihak BSDM dalam mendapatkan data pegawai dengan cepat dan akurat. Pembuatan aplikasi ini memanfaatkan beberapa teori pengetahuan tentang rekayasa perangkat lunak, HRIS, dan bahasa pemograman C#. Perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi HRIS dilakukan dengan menggunakan tools UML(Unified Modelling Languange). Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi HRIS menggunakan c# sebagai bahasa pemograman, dan SQL Server sebagai database Hasil yang didapat adalah rancangan dan aplikasi HRIS yang mempermudah pihak uki khususnya divisi BSDM dalam melakukan pekerjaanya. Kata Kunci: Komputerisasi, BSDM, HRIS, UML. The current system at Indonesian Christian University is still semi computerized. All report still done use hard copy which employee in HRD need to find file to make the report. Thereby researcher are trying to develop computerize system to help uki's party especially for BSDM division for manage employee data, leave data, official journey, further studies and this system also help BSDM to get employee data in accurate figure. Application development use some theoris of knowledge about engineering software, HRIS, and the programming language c# Design and manufacture of HRIS application is done by using the tools UML (Unified Modeling Language). The technology used in the HRIS application development using C# as the programming language, and SQL Server as database. Result obtained is the design and HRIS applications that to uki especially employee in BDSM division for doing their job easily. Keyword: Computerized, HRD, HRIS, UML.
