Abstract
In line with the government's efforts in implementing EBT (new renewable energy), PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) applies Solar Cells in one of its industrial areas, namely the Assembly Plant located in Karawang. Solar Cell is a system that converts sunlight energy into electrical energy. The system used is a network system that uses Solar Cells directly without being stored in advance and remains connected to the PLN network. The Solar Cell system on a 1000 kWp grid at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor PLTS – Karawang Assembly Plant will start operating in June 2021. This final project discusses the making of a simulation using PVSyst V7.24 software to determine the potential amount of electrical energy production generated (E_Grid ) optimum ), the potential for specific daily time performance (YF) Performance Ratio (PR) in September 2021 which is compared with data calculations so that it can determine the effectiveness of Solar Cells. From the PVSyst V7.24 simulation results, it can be seen that the on-grid Solar Cell system at PLTS PT Astra Daihatsu Motor – Karawang Assembly Plant has the optimal potential to generate electrical energy (Egrid) in the first year of 1696 MWh per year, specific daily time performance (YF) 3.97 kWh/kWp/day, and the Performance Ratio (PR) is 79.7%. During September – December 2021, the PLTS on grid Solar Cell system has an electrical energy production of 648 MWh, which is higher than the simulation result, which is 588 MWh. The specific daily time performance (YF) is 4.12 kWh/kWp/day, which is higher than the simulation results, which is 4 kWh/kWp/day. In addition, the Performance Ratio in producing actual energy for a full day (24 hours) is higher than the simulation, which is only 82.53%, while the simulation results are 79.58%. From the comparison results between the PVSyst simulation and the actual PLTS data during September - December 2021, it can be seen that the actual production of electrical energy (Egrid), daily time specific performance (YF) and performa ratio (PR) is higher than the simulation, with an effectiveness of 105%. Sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam penerapan EBT (energi baru terbarukan), PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) mengaplikasikan Solar Cell di salah satu area industrinya, yakni Assembly Plant yang terletak di Karawang. Solar Cell adalah suatu sistem yang merubah energi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik. Sistem yang digunakan adalah sistem on grid yakni menggunakan listrik Solar Cell secara langsung tanpa disimpan terlebih dahulu dan tetap terhubung dengan jaringan PLN. Solar Cell sistem on grid 1000 kWp pada PLTS PT Astra Daihatsu Motor – Karawang Assembly Plant akan mulai beroperasi pada bulan Juni 2021. Pada tugas akhir ini dibahas pembuatan simulasi menggunakan software PVSyst V7.24 untuk mengetahui potensi optimum jumlah produksi energi listrik yang dihasilkan (Egrid), potensi performa spesifik waktu harian (YF) Performa Ratio (PR) pada bulan September 2021 yang dibandingkan dengan data perhitungan sehingga dapat mengetahui efektivitas Solar Cell. Dari hasil simulasi PVSyst V7.24 dapat diketahui Solar Cell sistem on grid pada PLTS PT Astra Daihatsu Motor – Karawang Assembly Plant memiliki potensi optimum untuk menghasilkan energi listrik (Egrid) pada tahun pertama sebesar 1696 MWh per tahun, performa spesifik waktu harian (YF) sebesar 3,97 kWh/kWp/hari, dan Performa Ratio (PR) sebesar 79,7%. Selama September – Desember tahun 2021 Solar Cell sistem on grid PLTS memiliki produksi energi listrik secara perhitungan 648 MWh lebih tinggi dari hasil simulasi yaitu 588 MWh. Performa spesifik waktu harian (YF) yaitu 4,12 kWh/kWp/hari, lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil simulasi yaitu 4 kWh/kWp/hari. Selain itu Performa Ratio dalam menghasilkan energi aktual selama sehari penuh (24 jam) lebih tinggi dari simulasi yaitu hanya 82,53% sedangkan hasil simulasi sebesar 79,58%. Dari hasil perbandingan antara simulasi PVSyst dengan data aktual PLTS selama September - Desember 2021, dapat diketahui produksi aktual energi listrik (Egrid), Performa spesifik waktu harian (YF) dan performa ratio (PR) lebih tinggi dibandingkan simulasi, dengan efektivitas sebesar 105%.
