Abstract
Sistem Manajemen Energi (SME) telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam strategi organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan SME yang sesuai dengan standar ISO 50001:2018 dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) terkait. Penelitian ini melibatkan evaluasi terhadap sistem pencahayaan dan pendingin di Gedung Tedja Buana, identifikasi peluang penghematan, identifikasi poin-poin kritis, dan pengembangan kebijakan serta tindakan perbaikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, self assesment, dan pemantauan laporan real-time konsumsi energi listrik periode 2018 - 2022, sementara analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan intensitas konsumsi energi (IKE). Implementasi SME menunjukkan penerapan sebesar 13% tercapai dari total keseluruhan kelengkapan program. Identifikasi gap kesenjangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan PDCA kombinasi penggunaan tools root cause analysis (Fishbone, Why Analysis dan 5W+1H). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi pengurangan signifikan dalam konsumsi energi sebesar 7.282 kWh dan pengurangan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 8.650.079. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kepada literatur dalam konteks manajemen energi dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi lain yang tertarik untuk mengadopsi sistem serupa. Energy Management Systems (SMEs) have emerged as a critical component of an organization's strategy for optimizing energy use and improving operational efficiency. This research aims to develop and execute SMEs in compliance with relevant Indonesian National requirements (SNI) and ISO 50001:2018 requirements. In this research, the Tedja Buana Building's lighting and cooling systems will be assessed for savings opportunities will be found, critical spots will be identified, and policies and remedial measures will be developed. Energy consumption intensity (IKE) was used for analysis after data collection methods including self-assessing, observation, and tracking of real-time reports on electrical energy consumption for the years 2018–2022 were used. According to SME implementation, 13% of the program's overall completion is achieved. Using a PDCA method in conjunction with root cause analysis tools (Fishbone, Why Analysis, and 5W+1H), gaps were identified. The results of the study showed a valuable 7,282 kWh savings on energy consumption and a Rp 8,650,079 decrease in operational costs. Furthermore, the research adds to the body of knowledge concerning energy management and offers helpful advice to other organizations that would like to implement comparable methods.
