Abstract

Harisenin.Com Video Redesign (Understand Human Resources Duties & Responsibilities Based on Their Types) In the Form of an Explanatory Video. This design aims to determine the effectiveness of the explanatory video on the Harisenin.com video and to design visuals that support the redesign of the harisenin.com explanatory video. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, 45 respondents provided responses regarding the design, namely, the material is conveyed well and is easy to understand and adds new insights for them. Keyword: Video Designing, Harisenin.com, Explainer Videos, Human Resources Task Perancangan Ulang Video Harisenin.Com (Pahami Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Human Resources Berdasarkan Jenisnya) Dalam Bentuk Video Explainer. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas video explainer terhadap video Harisenin.com serta merancang visual yang mendukung perancangan ulang video explainer harisenin.com. Berdasarkan hasil uji test yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 45 responden memberikan respon terkait perancangan yaitu, materi tersampaikan dengan baik dan mudah dimengerti serta menambah wawasan baru bagi mereka.
