Abstract
Occupational health and safety is an effort to create a safe work environment, so that it can reduce the probability of work accidents or diseases due to negligence that results in demotivation and work productivity deficiency, Building Projects are one of the largest contributors to the number of work accidents in Indonesia, the larger the project that is built, the greater the risk of accidents that occur. This study aims to analyze occupational health and safety by using the hirarc method in the construction of flats, the hirarc method is (hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control) a process of identifying hazards that can occur both in routine and non-routine activities which are then assessed based on the identified risks to determine the high or low value of a risk so as to help the control process Of the 45 risk variables from the research conducted, the risk level was obtained, namely 1 extreme risk category, namely falling from a height during scaffolding installation and 5 major risk categories, namely hearing loss due to noise, falling when bending reinforcing steel, respiratory problems due to smoke, workers falling. when setting up the mold, and falling due to minimal visibility. Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman , sehingga dapat mengurangi probbabilitas kecelakaan kerja atau penyakit akibat kelalaian yang mengakibatkan demotivasi dan defisiensi produktivitas kerja, Proyek Gedung adalah salah satu penyumbang angka kecelakaan kerja terbesar di Indonesia , semakin besar proyek yang di bangun semakin besar juga risiko kecelakaan yang terjadi , Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dengan menggunakan metode hirarc pada pembangunan rumah susun , Metode hirarc adalah (Hazard identifikasi , risk assessment ,risk control) suatu proses mengidentifikasi bahaya yang dapat terjadi baik pada aktifitas rutin maupun non rutin yang kemudian di lakukan penilaian berdasarkan risiko yang teridentifikasi guna menentukan tinggi rendahnya nilai suatu risiko sehingga membantu proses pengendaliannya proses analisis risiko menggunakan standar AS/NZS 4360 : 1999 Dari 45 variabel risiko dari penelitian yang di lakukan Didapat tingkat risiko yaitu 1 kategori risiko bersifat extreme yaitu Terjatuh dari ketinggian saat instalasi scaffolding dan 5 kategori risiko bersifat besar yaitu Gannguan pendengaran akibat kebisingan, Terjatuh saat pembengkokan besi tulangan , Gangguan pernafasan akibat asap, Pekerja terjatuh saat mendirikan cetakan , dan Terjatuh hingga terjatuh karena jarak pandang minim Serta 34 risko bersifat sedang dan juga 5 kategori risiko bersifat kecil.
