Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Inflation Rate, Liquidity, Profitability on Stock Return. The property and real estate sector plays a crucial role in the economy and development of a country. The property sector has become one of the leading sectors in Indonesia that can drive the national economy. The average stock return in the property and real estate subsector tended to increase from 2019 to 2021. However, in 2022, stock returns experienced a sharp decline. The population in this research consists of property and real estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2022. The sample in this research consists of 22 companies out of 87 companies that fit the characteristics established by the research. This research uses a causality design and employs purposive sampling for sample selection. This research uses panel data regression analysis methods, with Eviews 13 as the data processing tool. The results of this research show that the Inflation Rate and Profitability Variable have a negative and a significant effect on Stock Returns, while the Liquidity Variable has no effect on Stock Returns in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham. Sektor properti dan real estate memegang peranan penting dalam bidang perekonomian dan pembangunan di suatu negara. Sektor properti menjadi salah satu leading sector di Indonesia yang mampu mendorong roda perekonomian nasional. Rata-rata return saham pada subsektor properti dan real estate cenderung mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2019-2021. Namun pada tahun 2022 return saham mengalami penurunan tajam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 perusahaan dari 87 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausalitas dan pada pemilihan sampel digunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel, dengan alat pengolah data Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Inflasi dan Variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, sedangkan Variabel Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022.
