Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis metode EOQ, POQ dan LFL sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi persediaan material warehouse PT Telkom Akses Jakarta Pusat. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu dua material yang menjadi bahan baku komponen utama, yaitu PRECON-1C-50 METER-NOAC dan PRECON-1C-40 METER-NOAC. Pendekatan (metode) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti ialah dengan melakukan observasi langsung, melakukan wawancara dan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis menggunakan perhitungan metode perusahaan, metode EOQ , metode POQ dan metode LFL, selanjutnya dibandingkan untuk mendapatkan efisiensi tertinggi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu metode EOQ adalah metode yang paling menguntungkan dalam hal penghematan biaya persediaan dengan metode EOQ mampu menghemat biaya persediaan mencapai 72,4% untuk PRECON-1C-50METER-NOAC dan 82,8% untuk PRECON-1C-40METER-NOAC dibandingkan dengan metode yang digunakan oleh perusahaan, diikuti oleh metode POQ. Metode perusahaan dan LFL memiliki biaya persediaan yang lebih tinggi. This study aims to analyze the EOQ, POQ and LFL methods as an effort to improve the efficiency of warehouse material inventory at PT Telkom Akses Central Jakarta. The objects of this study are two materials that are the main component raw materials, namely PRECON-1C-50 METER-NOAC and PRECON-1C-40 METER-NOAC. The approach (method) used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with the data collection technique used by researchers is by conducting direct observation, conducting interviews and collecting data related to this study. The analysis method uses the calculation of the company method, the EOQ method, the POQ method and the LFL method, then compared to obtain the highest efficiency. The results of this study are that the EOQ method is the most profitable method in terms of saving inventory costs with the EOQ method being able to save inventory costs reaching 72.4% for PRECON-1C-50METER-NOAC and 82.8% for PRECON-1C-40METER- NOAC compared to the method used by the company, followed by the POQ method. The company and LFL methods have higher inventory costs.
