Abstract
Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi manajemen di dalam pengambilan keputusan. Informasi merupakan hasil proses dari beragam data yang telah dibentuk sedemikan rupa, sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi untuk pengguna. Kesalahan informasi yang diperoleh, dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan atau dikenal juga dengan istilah garbage in garbage out. Dalam lingkungan PT Kone Indo Elevator. Sistem Informasi Eksekutif dibutuhkan oleh Stake holder untuk melakukan analisis dan dukungan informasi kepada Top Management, guna mendapatkan informasi secara mudah, cepat, akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sistem informasi tersebut harus mampu memberikan informasi secara ringkas dan memiliki daya guna yang tinggi kapanpun dibutuhkan. Informasi yang dihasilkan berupa summary atau ringkasan dari hasil analisis terhadap pemantauan dan evaluasi hasil produksi dan pelaksanaan pemasangan. Informasi tersebut dapat disajikan dengan menampilkan grafik dalam berbagai bentuk. Diharapkan dengan adanya system ini, dapat menghasilkan informasi yang lebih jelas secara visual untuk manajemen perusahaan dan mempermudah dalam menganalisis permasalahan kualitas produksi serta mendukung manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. In an environment PT Kone Indo Elevators, Executive Information System required by Stake holder to perform analysis and information support to the Top Management, in order to get information in an easy, fast, accurate and reliable. The information system should be able to provide information in a concise and has a high efficiency whenever needed. The information generated in the form of summary or summary of the results of an analysis of the monitoring and evaluation of the results of the production and implementation of the installation. Such information can be presented to show graphs in various forms. Hopefully with this system, can produce clearer information visually to the management company and facilitate in analyzing the problems of production quality as well as support the company management in decision making.
