Abstract
The study aims to develop a Transjakarta Priority Scale System (TJ-PSS) based on Rapid Community Response (RCR) for effective and efficient TransJakarta lane repair. Using a qualitative approach with a case study in the Special Region of Jakarta for 6 months, the study is based on direct observation with stakeholders, field observation of infrastructure conditions, and secondary data analysis of 13 official complaint channels. This study identified six main criteria for repair priorities, with the highest weighting on the type of crack (0.25) and the width of the crack (0.20). A Mathematical Model of the Road Damage Index (RDI) was developed for objective assessment of the level of road damage, with Corridor 13 having the highest Road Damage Index (RDI) value (15), which identifies repair priorities. The integration of Rapid Community Response (RCR) data in decision making has been shown to improve the accuracy and responsiveness of TransJakarta infrastructure management. This system can significantly improve the quality of TransJakarta services, with a projected increase in travel time efficiency of up to 15% and user satisfaction of 20%. Furthermore, the Priority Scale System based on Rapid Community Response (RCR) and the Transjakarta Priority Scale System (TJ-PSS) can be an innovative model for the Transjakarta route improvement system throughout Indonesia, thus enabling resource optimization and increasing community participation in the management of urban transportation infrastructure. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Skala Prioritas Transjakarta (SSP-TJ) berbasis Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) untuk perbaikan jalur TransJakarta secara efektif dan efisien. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Daerah Khusus Jakarta selama 6 bulan, penelitian berdasarkan observasi langsung dengan pemangku kepentingan, observasi lapangan terhadap kondisi infrastruktur, dan analisis data sekunder terhadap 13 saluran pengaduan resmi. Studi ini mengidentifikasi enam kriteria utama prioritas perbaikan, dengan bobot tertinggi pada jenis retakan (0,25) dan lebar patah (0,20). Model Matematika Indeks Kerusakan Jalan (IKJ) dikembangkan untuk penilaian obyektif terhadap tingkat kerusakan jalan, dengan Koridor 13 memiliki nilai Indeks Kerusakan Jalan (IKJ) tertinggi (15), yang mengidentifikasi prioritas perbaikan. Integrasi data Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) dalam pengambilan keputusan terbukti meningkatkan akurasi dan daya tanggap pengelolaan infrastruktur TransJakarta. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan TransJakarta secara signifikan, dengan proyeksi peningkatan efisiensi waktu perjalanan hingga 15 % dan kepuasan pengguna sebesar 20 %. Lebih lanjut, Sistem Skala Prioritas berbasis Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) dan Sistem Skala Prioritas Transjakarta (SSP-TJ) dapat menjadi model inovatif untuk sistem perbaikan rute transjakarta di seluruh Indonesia, sehingga memungkinkan optimalisasi sumber daya dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur transportasi perkotaan.
