Abstract
This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between self-compassion and resilience in adolescents who have experienced bullying in Junior High School X. The study was conducted on 213 respondents who were determined using the Issac and Michael tables. Sampling uses a nonprobability purposive sampling technique with the criteria of adolescents who have experienced bullying at SMP X West Jakarta. The measuring tool used on the self-compassion scale is based on the theory of Kristin D. Neff (2003) adapted by Sugianto, D., Suwartono, C., & Sutanto, S. H. (2020) and the resilience scale based on the theory put forward by Connor (2003) which is the original measuring tool The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) adapted by Hermansyah (2019). From the results of the pearson correlation test, it was found that resilience had a significant moderate relationship with self-compassion with a coefficient value of r = 0,527 and a value of Sig. 0,001 (p < 0,05). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara self-compassion dengan resilience pada remaja yang pernah mengalami bullying di SMP X. Penelitian dilakukan pada 213 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan tabel Issac dan Michael. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability purposive sampling dengan kriteria remaja yang pernah mengalami bullying di SMP X Jakarta Barat. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada skala self-compassion berdasarkan teori Kristin D. Neff (2003) yang diadaptasi oleh Sugianto, D., Suwartono, C., & Sutanto, S. H. (2020) dan skala resilience berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Connor (2003) yang merupakan alat ukur asli The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) yang diadaptasi oleh Hermansyah (2019). Dari hasil uji korelasi pearson menemukan bahwa resilience mempunyai hubungan sedang yang signifikan dengan self-compassion dengan nilai koefisien r = 0,527 dan nilai Sig. 0,001 (p < 0,05).
