Abstract
Stadiums are vital infrastructure for sports, especially football, as well as political events and concerts, and must meet comfort and safety standards as set by FIFA (Fédération International de Football Association). Indonesia has eight FIFA-standard stadiums, but only three of them meet the specifications required to host the World Cup: Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, and Jakarta International Stadium. Football, as the world's most popular sport, is played by people of all backgrounds. In Indonesia, football supporters are extremely passionate, which can have both positive and negative impacts. Clashes between supporters, such as the tragedy at Kanjuruhan Stadium on October 1, 2022, resulted in 134 deaths, primarily due to noncompliance with FIFA safety standards. Following the successful hosting of the U-17 World Cup in 2023, Indonesia has the opportunity to host the FIFA World Cup, which requires international standard stadiums. This design report aims to create a FIFA-standard stadium in preparation for the World Cup and to establish a reflection monument in memory of the Kanjuruhan tragedy. Keywords: Stadium, Football, World Cup, Kanjuruhan Tragedy, Reflection Monumen Stadion merupakan infrastruktur vital untuk olahraga, terutama sepak bola, serta acara politik dan konser, yang harus memenuhi standar kenyamanan dan keamanan seperti yang ditetapkan oleh FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). Indonesia memiliki delapan stadion berstandar FIFA, tetapi hanya tiga stadion yang memiliki spesifikasi layak untuk menggelar Piala Dunia, yaitu Stadion Gelora Bung Karno, Stadion Gelora Bung Tomo, dan Jakarta International Stadium. Sepak bola, sebagai olahraga paling populer di dunia, dimainkan oleh semua kalangan. Di Indonesia, suporter sepak bola sangat fanatik, yang dapat membawa dampak positif dan negatif. Bentrokan antar suporter, seperti tragedi di Stadion Kanjuruhan pada 1 Oktober 2022, mengakibatkan 134 korban jiwa, dengan penyebab utama adalah ketidakpatuhan terhadap standar keamanan FIFA. Setelah sukses menjadi tuan rumah Piala Dunia U-17 pada 2023, Indonesia memiliki peluang untuk menggelar Piala Dunia FIFA yang memerlukan stadion berstandar internasional. Laporan perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sebuah stadion berstandar FIFA untuk persiapan Piala Dunia dan menciptakan monumen refleksi atas terjadinya Tragedi Kanjuruhan.
