Abstract
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is engaged in the distribution of fuel oil such as Pertalite, Solar, Pertamax and Dexlite products. The aim of this research is to identify the dangers of work accidents using the HIRARC and JSA methods by identifying factors that cause potential work accidents by providing a level assessment. and efforts to control the risk of work accidents. The problem that occurred was that there were 5 work accidents in the last 4 years at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in the Pipeline Infrastructure Facilities function so that based on these problems the researcher tried to carry out an analysis using two methods, namely Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) and Job Safety Analysis. The results of the Risk Assessment using the HIRARC method show that there are 27 potential hazards and the following are some of the classifications, including 13 hazard identifications which are categorized as medium level, 10 hazard identifications which are categorized as High level, and, there are 3 hazard identifications which are categorized as Very level. High. Meanwhile, for risk control results, it is known that for all work activities and risks in the work, recommendations for control efforts are given in the form of elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative control, and PPE. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga bergerak dibidang penyaluran Bahan Bakar Minyak seperti produk Pertalite, Solar, Pertamax, dan Dexlite.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi bahaya kecelakaan kerja dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC dan JSA dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan potensi kecelakaan kerja dengan memberikan penilaian tingkat penilaian dan upaya pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja.Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah terdapat 5 kecelakaan kerja dalam kurun 4 tahun terakhir di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga fungsi Pipeline Infrastructure Facilities sehingga berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti mencoba melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) dan Job Safety Analisis (JSA). Hasil Risk Asessment dengan metode HIRARC diketahui bahwa terdapat 27 potensi bahaya dan berikut adalah beberapa klasifikasi nya diantaranya terdapat 13 identifikasi bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai level medium, terdapat 10 identifikasi bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai level High, dan , terdapat 3 identifikasi bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai level Very High.Sedangkan untuk hasil risk control diketahui bahwa pada semua aktivitas pekerjaan dan risiko yang ada di pekerjaan tersebut maka diberikan rekomendasi upaya pengendalian berupa eliminasi, subtitusi, rekayasa enginering, pengendalian administratif, dan APD.
