Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of UPBU Aek Godang Office Employees. In conducting this study, researchers used research variables consisting of two types, namely independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable is the variable that causes the dependent variable to be affected, which consists of occupational safety and occupational health. Meanwhile, the dependent variable which is the main center of attention for researchers is employee performance. With these variables, researchers took a limited population of 66 people with a sample of 50 respondents. The sample was taken using a sampling technique in the form of non-probability sampling which produces primary and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out through primary data, namely data obtained directly from the UPBU Aek Godang Office in the form of the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data, namely data obtained from literature and books related to the problem to be studied. The analytical tool used is a multiple regression test with a Likert scale measurement scale. Through this analysis, the results of the t test research showed that Occupational Safety and Occupational Health had a partial effect on Employee Performance and the results of the f test showed that Occupational Safety and Health had a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the UPBU Aek Godang Office. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian dan analisis mengenai pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor UPBU Aek Godang. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan variabel penelitian yang terdiri dari dua jenis yakni variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Pada variabel bebas merupakan variabel yang menjadi sebab terpengaruhnya variabel terikat, dimana terdiri dari keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang menjadi pusat perhatian utama peneliti berupa kinerja karyawan. Dengan variabel tersebut, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Sampel tersebut diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa nonprobability sampling yang menghasilkan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari Kantor UPBU Aek Godang berupa hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari literatur dan buku yang terkait dengan masalah yang akan diteliti. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda dengan skala pengukuran skala likert. Melalui analisa tersebut didapat hasil penelitian uji t bahwa Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan hasil uji f bahwa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor UPBU Aek Godang.
