Abstract
Outpatient service in Rs. Pusri is currently still done conventionally. The registration process until the patient's disease history search is done manually. It resulted in an outpatient registration process becoming ineffective. There needs to be an information system in the form of websites to help officers serve outpatients to be more effective. The main feature of this application is that it can accommodate patient registration process and disease history search. The development method applied is a prototyping method with two iterations. The steps are communication, quick plan, quick design, prototype construction, delivery and feedback. The testing method applied is black box testing which is divided into 4 stages of testing based on the user type. The first step is testing the application to the patient's user, from the 6 scenarios tested, a valid scenario percentage is 100%. The second phase of testing of user administration, from 5 scenarios tested, a valid scenario percentage is 80%. The third stage of testing against the Poly nurse user, from 4 scenarios, a valid scenario percentage is 100%. The fourth stage of testing the Doctor user, from 3 scenarios, a valid scenario percentage is 100%. Rs. Pusri information System was successfully developed according to user needs. Key words: Electronic Medical Record, prototype method, Black Box Testing. Pelayanan rawat jalan di Rs. Pusri saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Proses pendaftaran hingga pencarian riwayat penyakit pasien dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan menjadi tidak efektif. Perlu ada nya sistem informasi dalam bentuk website untuk membantu petugas melayani pasien rawat jalan menjadi lebih efektif. Fitur utama dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat mengakomodasi proses pendaftaran pasien dan pencarian riwayat penyakit pasien. Metode pengembangan yang diterapkan adalah metode prototyping dengan dua kali iterasi. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan adalah communication, quick plan, quick design,prototype construction, delivery dan feedback. Metode pengujian yang diterapkan adalah black box testing yang dibagi menjadi 4 tahap testing berdasarkan tipe user. Tahap pertama yaitu pengujian aplikasi terhadap user Pasien, dari 6 skenario yang diuji, presentase skenario yang valid sebesar 100%. Tahap kedua pengujian terhadap user administrasi, dari 5 skenario yang diuji, presentase skenario yang valid sebesar 80%. Tahap ketiga pengujian terhadap user perawat poli, dari 4 skenario, presentase skenario yang valid sebesar 100%. Tahap keempat pengujian terhadap user dokter, dari 3 skenario, presentase skenario yang valid sebesar 100%. Sistem informasi Rs. Pusri berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.
