Abstract

Equestrian sports have recently become increasingly popular with the wider community, attracting the interest of various groups ranging from children to adults. The increasing interest in equestrian sports requires adequate infrastructure to accommodate the needs of equestrian enthusiasts. This report aims to design an equestrian complex and arena with a tropical architectural approach that creates a comfortable and sustainable building. The main focus of the design of this Equestrian Complex includes optimal building orientation, efficient form arrangement, use of natural materials, and integration of vegetation into the building environment. The basic concept of this design is to create facilities that can be used for various equestrian sports activities such as dressage, combined driving, eventing, Jumping, and vaulting. The tropical architectural approach was chosen as a relevant solution to address the climate challenges of Depok City and the environment in this area. In conclusion, this report contains Analysis and design recommendations. As well as relevant guidelines related to the Development of Sports Infrastructure in this case the Equestrian Complex in Depok City. Olahraga berkuda akhir-akhir ini semakin digemari oleh masyarakat luas, menarik minat berbagai kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa. Meningkatnya minat terhadap olahraga berkuda menuntut adanya infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan para penggemar berkuda. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk merancang kompleks equestrian dan arena berkuda dengan pendekatan arsitektur tropis yang menciptakan bangunan yang nyaman dan berkelanjutan. Fokus utama dari desain Kompleks Equestrian ini meliputi orientasi bangunan yang optimal, penataan bentuk yang efisien, penggunaan material alami, dan integrasi vegetasi ke dalam lingkungan bangunan. Konsep dasar dari desain ini adalah menciptakan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan olahraga berkuda seperti dressage, combined driving, eventing, Jumping, dan vaulting. Pendekatan arsitektur tropis dipilih sebagai solusi yang relevan untuk mengatasi tantangan iklim Kota Depok dan lingkungan di area ini. Kesimpulannya, laporan ini berisi Analisa, rekomendasi rancangan. Serta panduan yang relevan terkait Pembangunan Infrastruktur olahraga dalam hal ini Kompleks Equestrian di kota Depok.
