Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price Perception, and Promotion on Customer Loyalty for Teh Bottle Sosro in the purchase of sosro packaging bottled tea drink at Indomaret DKI Jakarta. Respondents in this study are people who have already bought Teh Bottle Sosro. Collecting data in this research using a quesionnaire distributed to 165 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistics in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study prove that product quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty Teh Bottle Sosro. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitative yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga Dan Promosi Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dalam Pembelian Minuman Teh Botol Sosro Kemasan Pada Indomaret DKI Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli Teh Botol Sosro. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 165 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan minuman kemasan Teh Botol Sosro.
