Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, kepribadian proaktif, dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5.220 mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 372 responden yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui software Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kepribadian proaktif dan latar belakang keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. This research aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, proactive personality, and family background on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study was 5.220 students of the undergraduate Management study program at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The sample used was 372 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the Smart-PLS software version 3.0. This research proves that self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Proactive personality and family background have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.
