Abstract

In human society, a common social space is formed. Social space is distinguished according to the pattern of the nature of its socialization. Shared space is one part of the social space that reflects Indonesian society, which indicates the existence of togetherness in the relationship between citizens. The sense of family is high. In the residents of Benhil II, the communal space in Benhi II is still needed by residents of the flat. The people who inhabit the lease of benhil II are tenants of Benhil II flats, overseas workers and entrepreneurs and various kinds of tribes and different traditions, which have different kinds of characters. One of the centers of community migration in Indonesia in Jakarta is in the heart of central Jakarta. Changes in the pattern of occupancy from horizontal occupancy to vertical dwelling carries a pattern of ways of togetherness in community relations in daily life. With a different background in the natural and cultural environment, the shared space of the community needs to be reviewed. The results of the study show that with adjustments to local conditions, the common space of the Benhil II flats in general is the communal space or hall on each floor, the front porch of the unit, RPTRA, and the stalls below the basement of the flat Dalam bermasyarakat manusia, terbentuk ruang social bersama. Ruang sosial dibedakan sesuai dengan pola sifat sosialisasinya. Ruang bersama merupakan salah satu bagian ruang sosial yang mencerminkan masyarakat Indonesia, yang menandakan adanya kebersamaan dalam hubungan antar warga rasa kekeuargaanya tinggi.. Pada masyarakat penghuni rusun benhil II, ruang komunal di benhi II masih di butuhkan oleh warga penghuni rusun tersebut. Masyarakat penghuni sewa benhil II penyewa rusun benhil II pekerja dan wirausaha perantauan dan bermacam macam suku adat dan tradisi yang berbeda berhuninya bemacam macam karakter. Salah satu pusat perantauan masyarakat di Indonesia di Jakarta adalah di benhil Jakarta pusat. Perubahan pola hunian dari hunian horizontal menjadi hunian vertical mebawa pola cara kebersamaan dalam hubungan bermasyarakat di dalam kehidupan sehari hari Dengan perbedaan latar lingkungan alam dan budayanya, ruang bersama masyarakat perlu telaah. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penyesuaian dengan kondisi lokal, ruang bersama masyarakat rusun benhil II secara umum adalah ruang komunal atau aula di setiap lantainya , teras depan unit, RPTRA, dan warung di bawah lantai dasar rusun
