Abstract
Pada saat ini pemerintah sedang ekstra merencanakan program kesejahteraan untuk rakyat kecil atau miskin. Salah satu programnya adalah penerimaan beras miskin untuk masyarakat. Program beras miskin merupakan subsidi pangan dalam bentuk beras yang diperuntukkan bagi rumah tangga berpenghasilan rendah sebagai upaya dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan memberikan perlindungan sosial pada rumah tangga sasaran. Salah satunya yaitu Kelurahan Meruya Utara yang bertempat di Jalan Taman Aries Blok C/6 No.1 Jakarta Barat. merupakan salah satu tempat pendistribusian raskin yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat. Yang bertugas mendata dan memverifikasikan data rakyat miskin dan kemudian mendistribusikan beras berdasarkan data tersebut. Kendala yang di alami oleh petugas penyeleksian yaitu pada pendataan warga dan penyeleksian untuk siapa saja yang berhak menerima Beras Raskin karena keterbatasan system yang kurang berkembang sehingga menyulitkan para penyeleksi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memudahkan penyeleksan dalam memilih warga yang berhak menerima Beras Raskin secara efektif ,akurat dan tepat dalam proses pemilhan. Kata kunci : Bantuan, Warga Miskin, Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan At the present time of the government were extra plan the program for the small or poor welfare .One of its program is poor amount of rice for the community .Poor was rice program food subsidies in the form of rice that are reserved for low-income households in an effort to from the government to improve food security and social protection give on target households .One of them is North Meruya urban village which is housed in the highway North Meruya Kembangan sub-district west Jakarta administration . Is one of the places the distribution of raskin that given by central government .Which have duty to collect data and data verifying the poor and then distributing the rice based on this data . Obstacles in the natural by selectors during the logging host and selecting appropriate for anyone who is eligible to receive Rice Raskin because limitations so that less-developed system that complicate the selectors. Therefore it takes a decision support system with the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make it easier for selectors in selecting citizens who are eligible to receive Rice Raskin effectively, accurately and precisely in the process to the elections Keyword : aid,poor, the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP),Decision Support System.
