Abstract

Penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran employee well-being sebagai mediator pada hubungan empowering leadership dan job crafting pada pekerja. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana empowering leadership yang ditandai dengan otonomi dan dukungan dapat menciptakan employee well-being dan job crafting bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik sampling convenience sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pekerja yang berusia minimal 18 tahun – 65 tahun. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 648 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan analiss deskriptif pada kategori dan analisis inferensial pada uji-uji yang lakukan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dari Prosess V.4.0 Model No 4 By Hayess dan menunjukan bahwa employee well-being memiliki peran sebagai mediator pada hubungan empowering leadership dan job crafting pada pekerja. Namun pengaruh hal ini menunjukan bahwa dampak empowering leadership dan job crafting akan meningkat seiiring dengan employee well-being. Penelitain ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi Perusahaan dan pekerja mengenai pentingnya empowering leadership, employee well-being dan job crafting. This study aims to determine whether there is a role of employee well-being as a mediator in the relationship between empowering leadership and job crafting in workers. This study explores how empowering leadership characterized by autonomy and support can create employee well-being and job crafting for workers. This study applied a quantitative approach with convenience sampling technique. The subjects of this research are workers who are at least 18 years old - 65 years old. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 648 respondents, this study used descriptive analysis on categories and inferential analysis on tests conducted. The results of this study were obtained from Prosess V.4.0 Model No. 4 By Hayess and showed that employee well-being has a role as a mediator in the relationship between empowering leadership and job crafting in workers. However, this effect shows that the impact of empowering leadership and job crafting will increase along with employee well-being. This research is expected to be a reference for companies and workers regarding the importance of empowering leadership, employee well-being and job crafting.
