Abstract

Government policy in the relocation of slum dwellers to Rusunawa Pesakih Daan Mogot makes residents have to adapt to their new different environment. In fact, after these lower-income people live in flats, many social and cultural problems are brought from previous housing (horizontal occupancy) especially in interaction activities. social. Shared space which is a communal space is a space that reflects the culture of togetherness of residents, but is often misused. which causes changes in space patterns that occur, knowing the pattern of utilization of communal space as a mirror of the residents' culture of togetherness and anticipating the emergence of space control behavior by some residents. This is the background of the researcher to analyze communal space in flats, both planned and shared spaces unplanned. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors. The method of data collection uses "mapping behavior", which is a way to describe behavior on a map, identify the type of frequency of behavior, and show the relationship of behavior with a specific form of design. From the results of these comparisons it was concluded that the effective pattern of communal space for occupants is a pattern of space that can control behavior. Space utilization has produced a pattern of shared spaces namely high intensity patterns and low intensity patterns. Shared space with high usage intensity is relatively far from occupancy with the frequency of daily use. The space used is a residential floor, kiosk area, playground and staircase area. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam Relokasi warga Permukiman kumuh ke Rusunawa Pesakih Daan Mogot membuat warga harus beradaptasi dengan lingkungan barunya yang berbeda, Kenyataannya setelah masyarakat lapisan bawah ini tinggal di rumah susun banyak permasalahan sosial dan budaya yang dibawa dari hunian sebelumnya (hunian horisontal) khususnya dalam kegiatan interaksi social. Ruang bersama yang merupakan ruang komunal adalah ruang yang mencerminkan budaya kebersamaan penghuni, namun sering disalahgunakan. yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pola ruang yang terjadi, mengetahui pola pemanfaatan ruang komunal sebagai cermin daribudaya kebersamaan penghuni dan mengantisipasi munculya perilaku penguasaan ruang oleh beberapa penghuniHal ini yang menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk menganalisa ruang komunal pada rumah susun, baik ruang bersama yang direncanakan maupun ruang bersama yang tidak direncanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan “mapping behavior”, yaitu cara untuk menggambarkan perilaku dalam peta, mengidentifikasikan jenis frekuensi perilaku, serta menunjukkan kaitan perilaku dengan wujud perancangan yang spesifik. Dari hasil perbandingan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pola ruang komunal yang efektif kegunaannya untuk penghuni adalah pola ruang yang dapat mengendalikan perilaku Pemanfaatan ruang telah menghasilkan sebuah pola-pola ruang bersama yaitu pola dengan intensitas tinggi dan pola dengan intensitas rendah. Ruang bersama dengan intensitas penggunaan tinggi relatif jauh dari hunian dengan frekuensi penggunaan jam-harian. Adapun ruang yang digunakan yaitu selasar lantai hunian, area kiosk, taman bermain dan area tangga
