Abstract

Dietary fiber is a component in the growth of plants that are not easily digested by the body.which includes from sources of fiber, namely vegetables, seeds, nuts, consuming fiber according to the pattern can cure various diseases Vegetables have benefits for health because they contain minerals such as calcium and iron. To answer these problems, an information and education is needed, namely illustrations.one of the media for conveying information for children is an illustration book to educate children to like vegetables and the delivery of visual information on the illustrations. Serat pangan adalah suatu komponen pada tumbuh tumbuhan yang tidak mudah di cerna oleh tubuh.yang termasuk dari sumber serat yaitu sayuran,biji bijian,kacang- kacangan mengonsumsi serat sesuai dengan pola dapat memyembuhkan berbagai penyakit Sayur memiliki manfaat bagi Kesehatan karena mengandung mineral seperti kalsium serta zat besi.namun masih rendahnya makan sayur pada anak maka perlulah anak serta orang tua mengetahui bahwa makan sayur sangatlah penting.rendahnya makan sayur di pengaruhi oleh prefensi makanan.untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut di perlukannya sebuah meia informasi serta edukasi yaitu ilustrasi.salah satu media untuk penyampaian informasi bagi anak yaitu buku ilustrasi utuk mengedukasi anak agar menyukai sayur dan penyampaian informasi visual pada ilustrasi tersebut.
