Abstract

The number of styles found in the building of the belleza complex of Permata hijau which caused confusion. As a result of the many uses of architectural styles on the belleza building on one side there is architectural style A but on the other hand there is architectural style B and so are the other sides so that confusion arises. The study aims to find out what architectural styles are actually used by the belleza complex building. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with a field observation approach and theory. In the research carried out with this observation and theory, the proportions and styles of architecture were used by the belleza complex. The architectural style used is an Eclectic architectural style or a mixture of several architectural styles and in this building is found the proportion of the golden ratio of several ornaments and plans. Banyaknya langgam yang terdapat pada bangunan the belleza kompleks permata hijau yang menimbulkan kerancuan. Akibat banyaknya penggunaan langgam arsitektur pada bangunan the belleza pada satu sisi terdapat langgam arsitektur A namun pada sisi lain terdapat langgam arsitektur B dan begitupun dengan sisi-sisi yang lainnya sehingga timbul kerancuan . Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui langgam arsitektur apa yang sebenarnya di gunakan oleh bangunan the belleza kompleks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi lapangan dan teori. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan teori ini didapatkan proporsi dan langgam arsitektur apa yang digunakan the belleza kompleks. Langgam arsitektur yang digunakan adalah langgam arsitektur Eklektik atau campuran dari beberapa langgam arsitektur dan pada bangunan ini ditemukan proporsi rasio emas dari beberapa ornament dan denah nya.
