Abstract

PT Complus Sistem Solusi (PT CSS) is a company engaged in the information technology industry. Research aims: to analyze the influence between Employee Competence and Commitment at PT CSS in an effort to improve Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Research method: using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS data processing application. Research results: (1) Employee competence has a positive significant influence on employee performance, (2) Employee commitment has a negative insignificant influence on employee performance, (3) OCB has a positive significant influence on employee performance, (4) Employee competence has a positive significant influence on OCB, (5) Employee commitment has a positive significant influence on OCB, (6) Employee competence has a positive significant influence on employee performance mediated by OCB, (7) Employee commitment has a positive significant influence on employee performance mediated by OCB. PT Complus Sistem Solusi (PT CSS) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian: menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komitmen Karyawan di PT CSS dalam upaya meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode penelitian: menggunakan metode Structutural Equation Modelling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan aplikasi pengolahan data SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian: (1) Kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) OCB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB, (5) Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB, (6) Kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB, (7) Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB.
