Abstract

PT. CBD merupakan perusahaan importir dan distribusi cosmetics Skincare dari Korea. Alur proses distribusi produk sering terjadi retur produk yang membuat kerugian bagi perusahaan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis alasan retur produk yang paling spesifik terjadi serta mengetahui factor penyebab retur produk. Dari banyaknya retur sejumlah 14901 pcs pada tahun 2022 dan retur terbesar pada kategori Sheetmask (CA-10) sebanyak 6574 pcs. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut maka digunakanlah metode Seven Tools dan 5W1H. Setelah dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut diketahui hasil yang diperoleh dengan alasan retur yang paling spesifik terjadi adalah disebabkan karena aging stock atau barang yang dengan umur simpan lebih dari 3 bulan dengan persentase jenis retur produk tertinggi sebesar 51%, sedangkan batas aman retur dari perusahaan tidak boleh melebihi 15%. Pada factor utama retur ini disebabkan oleh faktor manusia yang kurangnya kedisiplinan karyawan terkait SOP dikarenakan metode analisis monitoring stock yang salah atau kurangnya pengontrolan terhadap pengiriman barang sehingga harus melakukan perencanaan produk dengan baik yang kemudian membuat lembar checksheet untuk pengontrolan keluar masuk barang. PT CBD is an importer and distribution company for Skincare cosmetics from Korea. The flow of the product distribution process often occurs product returns which make losses for the company. For this reason, this study aims to analyse the most specific reasons for product returns and determine the factors that cause product returns. From the number of returns of 14901 pcs in 2022 and the largest return in the Sheetmask (CA-10) category of 6574 pcs. To minimise this, the Seven Tools and 5W1H methods are used. After further research, it is known that the results obtained with the most specific reason for returns that occur are due to aging stock or goods with a shelf life of more than 3 months with the highest percentage of product returns of 51%, while the safe limit for returns from the company should not exceed 15%. The main factor of this return is caused by the human factor, which is the lack of employee discipline related to the SOP due to the wrong stock monitoring analysis method or the lack of control over the delivery of goods so that they have to do product planning properly and then make a checksheet sheet to control the entry and exit of goods.
