Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh hasil empiris dari pengaruh Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Growth Opportunity (GO), Cash Holding (Cash) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dengan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017–2023 dan sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan dari situs web masing-masing perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis statistik deskriptif, analisa jalur, dan analisa sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel intellectual capital, growth opportunity, cash holding dan nilai perusahaan masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Selain itu variabel intellectual capital, growth opportunity dan cash holding masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi pengaruh variabel intellectual capital, growth opportunity dan cash holding terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical results from the influence of Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Growth Opportunity (GO), Cash Holding (Cash) on Stock Price Index (IHSG) with Firm Value (PBV) as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 74 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017–2023 and only 16 companies meet the sample criteria. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and from the websites of each company. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis and Sobel analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of intellectual capital, growth opportunity, cash holding and firm value have a positive and significant effect on Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, the intellectual capital, growth opportunity and cash holding have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Firm value as an intervening variable is able to mediate the influence of intellectual capital growth opportunity and cash holding on Stock Price Index.
