Abstract

PT. Silka Teguh Sejahtera (Scientific Training Center) is an IT training company that currently manages training needs data using Microsoft Office Excel and Word, as well as sending files via WhatsApp. This manual system has disadvantages such as low efficiency and the risk of data loss. Therefore, web application development is proposed to replace the current system. This application will enable centralized data management, improve security and operational efficiency, and reduce errors and data loss. The goal is to increase business productivity and customer satisfaction through faster and more reliable service. This research includes needs analysis, design, system development, testing and evaluation to create innovative and applicable solutions for PT. Silka Teguh Sejahtera PT. Silka Teguh Sejahtera (Pusat Pelatihan Ilmiah) merupakan perusahaan pelatihan IT yang saat ini mengelola data kebutuhan pelatihan menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan Word, serta pengiriman file melalui WhatsApp. Sistem manual ini memiliki kelemahan seperti efisiensi yang rendah dan risiko kehilangan data. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan aplikasi web diusulkan untuk menggantikan sistem yang berjalan saat ini. Aplikasi ini akan memungkinkan pengelolaan data terpusat, meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi operasional, serta mengurangi kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan yang lebih cepat dan andal. Penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan sistem, pengujian dan evaluasi untuk menciptakan solusi yang inovatif dan aplikatif bagi PT. Silka Teguh Sejahtera.
