Abstract
Information Technology Management or IT Governance in a business organization is a subject that consists of many aspects, one of which is internal processes and responsibility and accountability. Nowadays, many companies are already operating in the field of information technology, so there are many collaborations that have been planned. COBIT 5 provides an effective way to understand needs and priorities in IT governance through a maturity level measurement process (Capability Level). Where these parameters will later be used as a benchmark by comparing the targets you want to achieve. The target you want to achieve and the difference between that target and the current situation is called Gap Analysis. Pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi atau Tata Kelola IT pada suatu organisasi bisnis menjadi suatu subjek yang terdiri dalam banyak aspek , Salah satunya adalah proses internal dan tanggung jawab juga akuntabilitas. PT Guardia Teknologi Indonesia bergerak dalam bidang Software As a Service (SaaS) yang menawarkan layanan omnichannel bagi pelaku bisnis berbasis online. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives fot Information and Related Technology) merupakan sebuah framework yang digunakan untuk tata kelola teknologi informasi (IT Governance) yang di kembangkan oleh Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) dan IT Governance Institute (ITGI) menyediakan cara yang efektif dalam memahami kebutuhan dan prioritas dalam tata Kelola TI melalui proses pengukuran tingkat kematangan (Capability Level) dengan metode ini digunakan sebagai pendekatan ditujukan untuk mengukur dan meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi dalam mengelola teknologi informasi , khusus nya
