Abstract

Environmental factors such as temperature, water quality and proper drinking water management play an important role in the health and growth performance of broiler chickens. Therefore, optimal temperature, water quality and good water management play a significant role in the health and growth performance of broiler chickens. Therefore, a system is needed that can monitor and control temperature, water quality and water management automatically remotely. The solution that can be done is to create a system and integrate sensor temperaturs, water quality and water management. The system built consists of an ESP32 microcontroller, water level sensor, TDS sensor, sensor temperatur, water pump, and WiFi module for IoT connections. Data obtained from sensors is processed using fuzzy logic and displayed by the blynk application, enabling remote monitoring and control.. The test results show that the average error value between the temperature sensor and the thermometer is 1.0%, for the TDS sensor it is 3.7% between the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) sensor and the TDS Meter for reading testing, for the water level sensor with vernier caliper it is 1, 22% for the results of water level testing with a water level sensor and the results of fuzzy logic and valve output testing using Matlab and Arduino, the average error was 13.89%. Faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, kualitas air dan manajemen air minum yang tepat memainkan peran penting dalam kesehatan dan kinerja pertumbuhan ayam broiler. Oleh karena itu suhu yang optimal, kualitas air dan manajemen air yang baik memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam kesehatan dan kinerja pertumbuhan ayam broiler.Maka dari itu diperlukannya sistem yang dapat memonitoring dan mengendalikan suhu, kualitas air dan manajemen air secara otomatis dari jarak jauh. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan cara membuat sistem dan mengintegrasikan sensor suhu, kualitas air dan manajemen air. Sistem yang dibangun terdiri dari mikrokontroler ESP32, water level sensor, TDS sensor, sensor temperatur, pompa air, dan modul wifi untuk koneksi IoT. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor diproses menggunakan logika fuzzy dan ditampilkan aplikasi blynk, memungkinkan pemantauan dan pengendalian jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai error antara sensor suhu dan dengan thermometer adalah 1.0% , pada sensor TDS adalah 3.7% antara sensor TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) dengan TDS Meter untuk pengujian pembacaan, pada sensor level air dengan vernier caliper adalah 1,22% untuk hasil pengujian ketinggian air dengan water level sensor dan hasil pengujian output fuzzy logic dan valve menggunakan matlab dan arduino didapatkan rata-rata error sebesar 13,89%.
