Abstract

- In the era of the digital economy, information technology is needed by agencies to improve their business processes to realize the need for fast and accountable information. this also applies to public services and file administration. One of the agencies that needs to improve the application of information technology is the West Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-Department. They have implemented information technology, but the system they have is not well integrated. The existing system could not support the ongoing business process, so its use was not optimal. As a result, they were forced to use conventional methods or rely on bookkeeping. Therefore, designing enterprise architecture is important for these agencies. This aims to ensure that the information systems and technology used are in accordance with the needs of the agency because enterprise architecture has a number of models, principles, and methods that are commonly used to design, implement business processes, organizational structures, information systems, and infrastructure. In this research, TOGAF ADM Framework is utilized because it provides methods and tools needed to create, manage, and implement enterprise architecture and information systems in accordance with the needs of the agency. Thus, the design of enterprise architecture with the TOGAF ADM framework produces a blueprint and application design Keywords: architecture enterprise, togaf adm, technology information, information system Pada era ekonomi digital, teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan oleh instansi untuk meningkatkan proses bisnisnya guna mewujudkan kebutuhan informasi yang cepat dan akuntabel. hal ini berlaku juga untuk pelayanan publik dan administrasi berkas. Salah satu instansi yang memerlukan peningkatan penerapan teknologi informasi adalah Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi Kota Jakarta Barat. Mereka telah menerapkan teknologi informasi, namun sistem yang dimiliki belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Sistem yang ada ternyata tidak bisa mendukung proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan, sehingga penggunaannya tidak optimal. Akibatnya, terpaksa kembali menggunakan metode konvensional atau mengandalkan pembukuan. Oleh karena itu, perancangan arsitektur enterprise menjadi penting bagi instansi tersebut. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi dan teknologi yang dipergunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi karena arsitektur enterprise memiliki sejumlah model, prinsip, serta metode yang umum digunakan untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan proses bisnis, struktur organisasi, sistem informasi, hingga infrastruktur. Pada penelitian ini, pemanfaatan Framework TOGAF ADM karena memberikan metode dan alat yang diperlukan untuk membuat, mengelola, dan mengimplementasikan arsitektur enterprise dan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan keperluan instansi. Dengan demikian, perancangan arsitektur enterprise dengan framework TOGAF ADM menghasilkan blueprint dan rancangan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan layanan Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi Kota Jakarta Barat.
