Abstract
Integrated Service Post (POSYANDU) is a self-help activity from the community in the health sector with the village / sub-district head as the responsible person. The Integrated Service Post (POSYANDU) reports baby monitoring data to the puskesmas every 1 month, then the puskesmas will provide the data to the subdistrict to find out which babies come to the posyandu every month to monitor their growth and control unhealthy babies. This results in a lengthy process just to find out the growth data for babies in an area. Therefore, we take the development from previous research using the prototype method regarding the Posyandu information system. It is seen that this method has shortcomings in terms of flexibility to deal with change. The developments that will be carried out are as follows: (1) creating a data input system (2) creating SKDN charts that no longer need to be updated manually. The method proposed by the author in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The process of the proposed method is as follows: (1) planning (2) designing (3) writing program code (4) testing. The results of this study are expected to shorten the process of collecting data or submitting data on infant growth.. Keywords: Application, Posyandu, Data Processing, SKDN. Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (POSYANDU) merupakan kegiatan swadaya dari masyarakat di bidang kesehatan dengan kepala desa/kelurahan yang menjadi penanggung jawabnya. Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (POSYANDU) melaporkan data pemantauan bayi kepada puskesmas setiap 1 bulan, lalu puskesmas akan memberikan data tersebut ke kelurahan untuk mengetahui bayi yang datang ke posyandu setiap bulan untuk dipantau pertumbuhannya dan mengontrol bayi yang kurang sehat. Hal ini menyebabkan proses yang panjang hanya untuk mengetahui data pertumbuhan bayi di suatu wilayah. Oleh karena itu kami mengambil pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode prototype mengenai sistem informasi Posyandu. Dilihat metode tersebut meiliki kekurangan dalam hal fleksibelitas untuk menghadapi perubahan. Pengembangan yang akan dilakukan adalah seperti: (1) membuat sistem input data (2) membuat grafik SKDN yang tidak perlu lagi diperbarui secara manual. Metode yang diusulkan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Extreme Programming (XP). Proses dari metode yang diusulkan sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan (2) perancangan (3) penulisan kode program (4) pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempersingkat proses pendataan atau penyerahan data pertumbuhan bayi. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Posyandu, Pengolahan Data, SKDN.
