Abstract
This research discusses the warehouse management of fiber luggage spare parts at PT Artlyn Kreasi Mandiri using the 5S method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The problem that occurs is the messy arrangement of spare parts in the warehouse which results in losses due to damage to spare parts and makes it difficult for employees to do their jobs. Effective warehouse management is considered crucial in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. In this context, the 5S method is used to understand the qualitative aspects of warehouse management, while the AHP method is used for decisionmaking. Effective warehouse management is expected to help in space optimization, productivity improvement, reduction of picking processing time, and improvement of inventory count accuracy. The results on 5S indicate the need for improvement of warehouse working environment conditions to reduce spare part damage and increase operational efficiency. In addition, designing the 5S concept in the warehouse is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of spare part warehouse management. Keywords: Warehouse Management, AHP Method, 5S Method Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen gudang spare part koper fiber di PT Artlyn Kreasi Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode 5S dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah penataan spare part dalam gudang yang berantakan yang mengakibatkan kerugian akibat kerusakan spare part dan mempersulit karyawan dalam pekerjaannya. Manajemen gudang yang efektif dianggap krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, metode 5S digunakan untuk memahami aspek kualitatif dalam manajemen gudang, sementara metode AHP digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Manajemen gudang yang efektif diharapkan dapat membantu dalam optimalisasi ruang, peningkatan produktivitas, pengurangan waktu pemrosesan pengambilan barang, dan peningkatan akurasi jumlah inventaris. Hasilnya pada 5S menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan kondisi lingkungan kerja gudang untuk mengurangi kerusakan spare part dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, perancangan konsep 5S di gudang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan gudang spare part. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Gudang, Metode AHP, Metode 5S
