Abstract
This research aims to analyze the relationship between cloud base pressure and air pollution levels around the Suralaya Steam Power Plant (PLTU) during the period of May 14, 2023, to November 14, 2024. Cloud pressure data was obtained from Google Earth Engine (GEE) and analyzed using the convex hull algorithm and logistic regression. The main variables used in this study include cloud_fraction, cloud_top_pressure, cloud_top_height, cloud_base_pressure, cloud_base_height, and cloud_optical_depth. The results of the study show that there is a correlation between high cloud base pressure and an increase in the Air Quality Standard Index (ISPU). For example, on August 31, 2023, when the ISPU reached 135, the cloud base pressure was recorded very high at 69.67513k and 90.56547k. Similarly, on October 25, 2023, the ISPU reached 142 with a relatively high cloud base pressure ranging from 41.70852k to 49.03299k. Classification analysis using logistic regression showed good performance with an accuracy of 96%. These results indicate that cloud base pressure can be used as one of the indicators in predicting air pollution levels. Kata kunci: Convex Hull Algorithm, Classification, Sentinel-5P, Cloud Pressure Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tekanan dasar awan (cloud base pressure) dan tingkat polusi udara di sekitar Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Suralaya selama periode 14 Mei 2023 hingga 14 November 2024. Data tekanan awan diperoleh dari Google Earth Engine (GEE) dan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma convex hull dan regresi logistik. Variabel utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi cloud_fraction, cloud_top_pressure, cloud_top_height, cloud_base_pressure, cloud_base_height, dan cloud_optical_depth. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara tekanan dasar awan yang tinggi dengan peningkatan indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU). Misalnya, pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2023, ketika ISPU mencapai angka 135, tekanan dasar awan tercatat sangat tinggi yaitu 69,67513k dan 90,56547k. Demikian pula, pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023, ISPU mencapai 142 dengan tekanan dasar awan yang relatif tinggi di kisaran 41,70852k hingga 49,03299k. Analisis klasifikasi dengan regresi logistik menunjukkan performa yang baik dengan akurasi mencapai 96%. Hasil ini memberikan indikasi bahwa tekanan dasar awan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator dalam memprediksi tingkat polusi udara.
