Abstract
PT Cyberindo Aditama, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi, memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menjaga keamanan sistem informasinya. Sistem informasi PT Cyberindo Aditama menyimpan data dan informasi sensitif pelanggan, seperti informasi pribadi, data keuangan, dan aktivitas internet. Kegagalan dalam menjaga keamanan sistem informasi dapat mengakibatkan kebocoran data, pencurian identitas, dan gangguan layanan internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keamanan sistem informasi PT Cyberindo Aditama menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5, dengan fokus pada proses APO13 (Mengelola Keamanan) dan DSS05 (Mengelola Layanan Keamanan). Studi kasus dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi proses APO13 dan DSS05 dalam meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi PT Cyberindo Aditama. PT Cyberindo Aditama, as a company operating in the information technology sector, has a big responsibility in maintaining the security of its information systems. PT Cyberindo Aditama's information system stores sensitive customer data and information, such as personal information, financial data and internet activity. Failure to maintain information system security can result in data leaks, identity theft and internet service disruptions. This research aims to analyze PT Cyberindo Aditama's information security system using the COBIT 5 framework, with a focus on the APO13 (Managing Security) and DSS05 (Managing Security Services) processes. The case study was conducted to enable the effectiveness of the APO13 and DSS05 implementation process in improving the security of PT Cyberindo Aditama's information system.
