Abstract

Suatu besaran untuk membandingkan penampilan sistem distribusi, Dua indeks keandalan yang paling sering digunakan dalam sistem distribusi adalah indeks frekuensi pemadaman rata-rata (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) dan indeks lama pemadaman rata-rata (System Average Interruption Duration Index). Metode section technique ini melakukan evaluasi akan keandalan sistem dengan memecah sistem terlebih dahulu menjadi beberapa bagian yang lebih kecil, agar kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dapat di minimalkan dan juga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih kecil. diperoleh indeks keandalan penyulang Wanakerta SAIFI 6,191046 f/customer.yr, SAIDI 22,46428 hr/customer.yr, CAIDI 3,6285115 hr/customer interruption, dari hasil tersebut peneliti melakukan upaya perbaikan pada section yang terlemah atau section yang memberikan dampak terbesar pada indeks keandalan yakni section recloser mym dengan hasil SAIFI 2,598630 f/customer.y, SAIDI : 8,948240 hr/customer.yr..Adapun hasil perbaikan dengan metode optimalisasi fungsi sectionalizer dengan menggunakan skema 2 gangguan dengan hasil SAIFI dan SAIDI turun sebesar 54 %, dan rekonfigurasi sistem radial ke sistem loop dengan skema 2 gangguan dengan hasil SAIFI SAIDI turun sebesar 45%. This section technique method evaluates the reliability of the system by breaking the system first into smaller parts, so that the possibility of errors can be minimized and also the time required is smaller. obtained the reliability index of the Wanakerta extension SAIFI 6.191046 f/customer.yr, SAIDI 22.46428 hr/customer.yr, CAIDI 3.6285115 hr/customer interruption, from these results the researchers made improvement efforts on the weakest section or section that has the greatest impact on the reliability index, namely the mym recloser section with the results of SAIFI 2.598630 f/customer.y, SAIDI : 8.948240 hr/customer.yr.. The results of improvements with the method of optimizing the sectionalizer function using a 2 fault scheme with the results of SAIFI and SAIDI decreased by 54%, and the reconfiguration of the radial system to the loop system with a 2 fault scheme with the results of SAIFI SAIDI decreased by 45%.
