Abstract

Transportation is one of the state's tools for driving the economy, the people of Jabodetabek already have quite good means of transportation, one of which is the Transjakarta Bus. Transjakarta buses have also developed their routes and one route that is quite busy is Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari corridor L13E. Even though Transjakarta Route L13E is operated by Express, there are still problems with the frequency of bus arrivals. This is because the L13E route does not fully have a dedicated lane. There are still some segments that mix with other traffic. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the performance of the Transjakarta Bus Route Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari L13E. The method used for this research is a field survey method to obtain research data. After the data is obtained, operational performance analysis will be carried out on performance indicators based on the standards of the Director General of Land Transportation Decree No.SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002. From the results of research on seven operational performance indicators referring to the Decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, five indicators were obtained with category A (Good), namely: 1) Headway (intermediate time), 2) Load Factor (Load Factor), 3) Travel speed, 4) Service Time, 5) Waiting time. Meanwhile, there are 2 indicators in category B (Medium), namely: 1) Frequency, 2) Travel Time. "Based on the overall Operational Performance Assessment Decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, the L13E Transjakarta Bus received a grade of A or Good. Based on the maximum load factor calculation, it was found that the bus stop that had the highest number of passengers or the maximum load factor on weekday mornings in direction 1 towards Latuharhari was the Adam Malik stop towards Velbak bus stop. This also happened on weekend mornings in direction 1 towards Latuharhari. This was because the Adam Malik bus stop was the bus stop. It is quite busy with universities and densely populated areas and is also one of the stops of choice for local people to travel to the city center. In this research, it was also found that the maximum load factor on weekday afternoons in direction 2 towards Puri Beta 2 occurred at the Patra Kuningan bus stop to the Velbak bus stop. This is because the Patra Kuningan bus stop is an office area and also the Velbak bus stop is one of the choices for service users to be able to switch to other modes. other transportation. Transportasi merupakan salah satu alat negara untuk menggerakan ekonomi, masyarakat Jabodetabek sudah memiliki alat transportasi yang cukup baik salah satunya Bus Transjakarta. Bus Transjakarta juga sudah melakukan pengembangan dalam rutenya dan salah satu rute yang cukup sibuk adalah Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari koridor L13E. Walaupun Transjakarta Rute L13E dioperasikan secara Express, namun masih terdapat permasalahan pada frekuensi kedatangan bus. Hal ini diakibatkan karena rute L13E tidak sepenuhnya memiliki jalur khusus. Masih terdapat beberapa segmen yang bercampur dengan lalu lintas lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja Bus Transjakarta Rute Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari L13E. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode survei ke lapangan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Setelah data tersebut didapatkan, maka selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis kinerja operasional terhadap indikator kinerja berdasarkan standar SK Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Darat No.SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002. Dari hasil dari penelitian tujuh indikator kinerja operasional yang mengacu pada SK Direktorat Jendral Pehubungan Darat No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 didapatkan lima indikator dengan kategori A (Baik) yaitu : 1) Headway (waktu antara), 2) Load Factor (Faktor Muatan), 3) Kecepatan perjalanan, 4) Waktu Pelayanan, 5) Waktu tunggu. Sedangkan terdapat 2 indikator dengan kategori B (Sedang), yaitu : 1) Frekuensi, 2) Waktu Tempuh. Berdasarkan Penilaian keseluruhan Kinerja Operasional SK Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 Bus Transjakarta L13E memperoleh nilai A atau Baik. Berdasarkan perhitungan maximum load factor didapatkan halte yang memiliki jumlah penumpang terbanyak atau maximum load factor pada weekday pagi arah 1 menuju Latuharhari adalah halte Adam Malik menuju halte Velbak hal tersebut juga terjadi pada weekend pagi arah 1 menuju Latuharhari hal ini disebabkan halte Adam Malik merupakan halte yang cukup sibuk dengan adanya universitas serta kawasan padat penduduk dan juga menjadi salah satu halte pilihan masyarakat sekitar untuk berpergian menuju pusat kota. Dalam penelitian ini juga didapatkan maximum load factor pada Weekday sore arah 2 menuju Puri Beta 2 terjadi pada halte Patra Kuningan sampai dengan halte Velbak hal ini disebabkan halte Patra Kuningan adalah kawasan perkantoran dan juga halte velbak merupakan salah satu pilihan pengguna jasa untuk dapat berpindah ke moda transportasi lain. Kata Kunci: Transjakarta, kinerja operasional, Indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum, load factor, Koridor 13.
